Why we collect it

To see how well the content is understood, how usable it is, and whether it is worth publishing, so that we can improve the book and the service. We may use statistics that cannot identify you, and quotes from your survey answers with anything that could identify you removed, in materials that introduce or promote the service and in research.

What we collect

· Reading: where you read, active reading time, and use of features such as search and highlighting · Learning: quiz answers, code runs, interactive graph use, and AI tutor use (the length and number of questions and answers) · Surveys: short questions and your survey answers (including what you write in your own words) · Setup: a broad device category, OS and browser type, screen size, language and time zone, and how you found us Your email is used only to send your sign-in link and updates. We analyse your data under a random ID kept apart from your email.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete your account, and destroy it within one year after that. Statistics and quotes that cannot identify you may still be used after that. Contact: [email protected]
